Computer Department of RBDAV Sr. Sec. Public School Bathinda organised #Awareness Campaign to reduce the use of mobiles under the able guidance of Principal Dr. Anuradha Bhatia . Names of 100+ students of classes VI-XII were decorated on Computer lab board who deleted games,#instagram ids, uninstalled FB and restricted the use of mobiles to study purpose only. Parents approved it by signing diary notes. Prabhleen, Asmi, Radhika, Navsimran, Raghav, Harsimar, Tanmay, Vashnavi, Mahi, Lokik, Yuvraj, Pranav, Uday, Chirag, Rahul, Tejas, Akanksha, Kunishka presented ideas like , “ Humans are more #powerful than machines, Use #Artificial Intelligence wisely, how to reduce screen time etc. “ through HTML, Scratch, Impress and other softwares. Parents and students were motivated to join Silent #Reading Movement started in Rose Garden that focuses on dropping mobiles and coming close to nature and books, was also promoted. A stamped colored message on hands of all visitors to limit mobiles was the attraction of the day. Principal Dr. Anuradha Bhatia appreciated the initiative taken by the convener Ms. Arshi Bansal and encouraged all to use the mobiles wisely and join Silent Reading movement.
