RB.DAV.SR.SEC. Public School, Bathinda organized a vermicomposing activity for class 6th to 8th students focusing on an ecofriendly way to recycle organic waste and create nutrient rich compost for plants. The initiative was a part of the Environment Education program of the Ministry of environment , Forest and Climate change, Government of India. The punjab state council for science and technology Chandigarh,DAV college, jalandhar served as the nodal agency for DAV schools in Punjab.The principal of the school Dr. Anuradha Bhatia congratulated and motivated all the students and teachers for the initiative taken in inculcating ecofriendly ways to save environment.
