Youth Parliament is a platform offered to the youngsters where they are given a Mock Parliament set-up and exposure to the parliament type Debate. The purposes of Youth Parliament are to develop in  students an insight into the working parliament, to make students consider public issues and form their opinion on them, to train students in the technique of group discussion as well as to develop respect and tolerance for the views of others. It provides the best way to make students aware of various problems faced by our society and the country and develops in students the quality of leadership.

Under the guidance of Worthy Principal  Dr. Anuradha Bhatia and supervision of Mrs. Sudesh Jindal, RBDAV Senior Secondary Public School, Bathinda organized the 4th Youth Parliament under NYPS-2023 (Kishore Sabha). Deputy DEO Mr. Iqbal Singh with Dr. K.K Nohria Vice Chairman, LMC were the guests of the event. From class X-XII, a total of 50 students participated in the Youth Parliament.
